hi, im a little confused on the rules. Could you clarify?
Do u we for example open the jpg in photoshop and basically have to draw/paint our art over it but still show the scribbles, or can we move each individual scribble around and thenpaint over it?

from what i understand we cannot change the lines in relation to eachother, so we can't move move one a bit closer to the other. but i think we CAN rotate the jpeg
after that, you have to encorperate the lines in a drawing
